The wrong to bear arms
This project directly critiques American gun culture by reimagining gun symbolism in society. It contrasts militarism with the freedoms that gun ownership is often believed to provide. Using found objects, the project depicts rifles and shotguns, recontextualizing them as symbols of oppression within the contemporary American landscape.
